I just placed my order. When will it ship?
We usually ship within 2 business days via USPS priority mail. You will receive tracking number when the item ships. Priority packages deliver in 2-5 days under normal condition. However weather and holiday traffic may delay the delivery.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes. We offer Free Shipping on US orders totaling $100 and more before tax. Free Shipping applies only to standard shipping methods.
Can I pick up my order if I live in the area?
Yes. We offer curbside pick up at 5664 N. Mesa Suite B El Paso, TX 79912. Feel free to place your order online and choose "Pick-up" as your shipping method. You will receive an e-mail when your order will be ready for pick-up.
Where do you ship to?
We ship in United Stats, Canada and Mexico.
Am I responsible for customs duties and taxes?
You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are assessed once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information.
International customs regulations require that the value of packages being sent internationally are clearly marked on the outside of the package.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
We do our very best to verify your address and track your package delivery. However, when your tracking record shows it was delivered, we no longer take a responsibility of your stolen item. Please contact your local postmaster to report a lost or stolen package.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
